Capital School District and Booker T. Washington are happy to partner with the Delaware Early Childhood Center’s Early Childhood Assistance Program (ECAP).  ECAP is a federally funded program, for qualifying families, that provides preschool programming for children 3-5 years of age. 

 For more information about the program, and to see if your child qualifies for this program, please contact the Delaware Early Childhood Center at 398-8945 and ask to speak with an ECAP Family Service Worker.
